Design & Installation
Leaders Beverage is to the draft industry what craft beer is to light lager—more thought, higher quality, better craft. Our installation process adds value in three significant ways: experience, design, and materials.
Experience
Leaders’ installation team has an extensive background working directly in the service industry. This experience gives us deeper insight into your daily challenges and, combined with specialized draft and beverage knowledge, results in the most efficient draft system designs.
Design & Planning
Efficient designs reduce both product and labor losses across all phases of the system’s life, including installation, daily operations, ongoing maintenance, and extended life. A comprehensive design plan also helps cut surprise costs during build-out.
Quality Materials
Beyond smart planning, all projects are also built using only high-quality materials. These may not be the cheapest up front, but their longevity means fewer replacement costs down the line. Quality materials also result in better product output and less product loss over the life of the system.
Comprehensive Planning
The earlier we’re brought on board, the more effective we can be. We consider every aspect of your system before starting, from which products you pour to your daily operations, ongoing maintenance, and system longevity. With start-to-finish planning, our design process helps avoid expensive surprises down the road and empowers customers to make the most of their own systems.
1
Build
When planning an installation, we consider your specific product mix, existing infrastructure, and labor considerations to make the most appropriate equipment and layout choices that balance up-front costs with ongoing expenses.
2
Daily Operation
Considerations for daily operations include improving pours with less foam and better flavor. We also enable your staff to troubleshoot and make minor changes to the system with fewer service calls. So pour the beer your brewers intended, and handle more tasks in-house.
3
Regular Maintenance
Draft beer lines require bi-weekly cleaning. Because this means emptying the lines each time, our designs consider reducing the product lost in this process. We also design to allow for circulation cleaning, which is 80x more effective than static cleaning.
