Nitro Tap Flow Straightener (Faucet)
In order for a nitrogenated beer to pour properly it is forced over a restrictor plate, pictured below. This strips the nitrogen, N2, out of solution and creates the beautiful cascade that nitro stouts are known for. The beer must run over a flow straightener after that in order to bring the individual streams of beer back together.
