The Philosophy of Our Shipping and Returns Policy
We recognize that many companies are now offering free shipping, flat shipping, or free shipping if you spend a certain dollar amount. We are different in our philosophy. We are sure their prices will be higher than ours if you take a look at them. You are paying for shipping through those higher item costs, which, ultimately actually costs you more money! We keep our prices as absolutely low as possible. In many cases even cheaper than the manufacturers own prices. We don’t profit on inflated prices and you don’t spend money on inflated prices. You pay only what it takes for us to get your order packed up and to you. We offer local pick up at our warehouse in Chicago as well. We just ask that you make a pick up appointment.
We make every effort to ship the next business. Sometimes we even get the order out same day and are working on the logistics to make it that way every time! We use UPS and USPS in order to offer options to you. If you are in a special situation please contact us and we will work with you to find a shipping solution that meets your needs. Please understand that at this time we can only ship to the 50 US States. We are happy to ship to APO/AE addresses. If there are any issues at checkout please contact us.
We make every effort to provide tracking numbers to you. However, some shipping options do not offer tracking. You will still receive shipment confirmation in the form of an order completion e-mail. If you are ever unsure of your order status at all you may reply to any order e-mail you receive or call us at the number in the footer of this webpage.
The buyer assumes liability for the shipping method chosen. Leaders Beverage Consulting is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments. We go to great effort to ensure your order is packaged to keep it safe inside even if the shippers are mean to it on the outside. If we have clearly made an error in packaging we will remedy the situation. Luckily for us we are sending out draft parts and not glass plates, but even if we were we know we’d get them to you safe and sound. We take pride in doing what we do and in doing it well.
Our goal is for you to enjoy better and cleaner beer! Therefore, it only makes sense that we want you to have what you need. If you are unsure of what you need for your next project call or e-mail us and we’ll help make sure you have what you need the first time. We really can help! Just in case though and something is not right, let us know right away. If you order the wrong item or find out what you ordered isn’t what you needed, you may return it within 30 days of the date of invoice per the exception notes* below. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account if they meet the criteria listed below. Please note: All products must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with a copy of the invoice and reason for return included within 30 days.
*All products must be returned in their original condition, unused and in the original and undamaged packaging with no scratches, wear marks, or any indication that the item is not brand new. If we feel the item can no longer be sold, as new, we will only be able to refund you the difference of what we can sell the item for refurbished. We promise this isn’t our goal!
*Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. If you need to exchange an item that was shipped to you in error, we will of course pay for the return shipping in both directions and the replacement for that item.

How to start the return process
1. Please inspect your order carefully to make sure there is no errors or problems, you have 30 days to let us know of any problems.
2. Contact us at Info@LeadersBeverage.com, through our Ask Us Page with the following information:
-Your full name
-Your Username, if you made an account
-Your order number and date of order on the invoice
-Item number(s) that are the issue
-A brief description of the problem
-You may also call us to discuss the problem but we will then ask for this e-mail for our records
3. We will issue you a return authorization number as appropriate after discussing the issue with you.
4. Download our Returns Form, fill it out, and return the item with the form and original invoice.
5. We will credit, replace, or fix the issue per our agreement with you.
